The objective of the Jacket Fever team is to provide the greatest customer service together with excellent leather jackets. Our experts created a hassle-free return and exchange policy. It is advised to all the customers to carefully undergo the policies before making any purchase from our website.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To seek a return or exchange, the customer must fill out our refund form and send it with all the necessary information.
  • From the date of purchase, the return or exchange must be started within ten to fifteen days.
  • Make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product needs to be complete with all labels and tags. Your return claim may be rejected if the jacket has any damage.

Order Cancellation:

  • Buyer can request for the cancellation process within 24 hours of the purchase.
  • Our team will ensure that your amount is returned to you right after the cancellation has been approved
  • However, 25% of the total amount will be deducted if the cancellation is made after 24 hours of the order placement.

Exchange Policy:

  • To initiate an exchange, customers can reach out to our sales team and receive an exchange application form.
  • Ensure that the form includes all the basic information regarding the order Including [Email, Order ID, and contact information.]
  • The team won’t be able to accept exchange forms that are made on customized orders. [Custom orders are designed specifically for customers fit to their preferences.]
  • While making an exchange, the buyer has to bear the shipping charges both ways, however, all the other procedures will be handled by our professionals.
  • Customer has to wait for at least 4 to 5 business days after applying and sending the product for exchange.
  • Once the quality assurance team examines the product, your new product will be delivered in a few business days.

Return Policy:

  • Jacket Fever allows return only in certain cases.
  • If a product is delivered in damaged form, the customer has the right to claim, however, a visual proof will be needed for the QA team to examine and approve.
  • Claims can only be made on the quality or size of the jacket. [Not applicable on customized order]
  • The customer cannot make a return claim on a customized order
  • After the returned item is inspected by our workers and authorized, the refund will be sent to your account within a few business days.
